Return and Refund

Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
  • Items returned that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error may result in a partial refund or rejection.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@fashiondaza.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
  4. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs and bank transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@fashiondaza.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
