Return and Refund
Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
- You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- Items returned that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error may result in a partial refund or rejection.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@fashiondaza.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
- Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs and bank transaction fees are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@fashiondaza.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
